Our Brand Identity / Non-Affiliation notice clarifies our studio identity and distinguishes us from similarly named services.

By using this website, you agree to the terms described on this page.

You may browse, read, purchase, and interact with our site and products for lawful personal use.

You may not use the site or our materials to violate laws, harm others, or abuse the service.

You may not:

• Use the site for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
• Attempt to scrape, mirror, or mass-export protected content without permission.
• Upload malware, spam, or malicious code.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Open Almond Studios™.

Open Almond Studios™, Integrity Engine™, Warriors of the Covenant™, Legacy of the Remnant™, Hall of Faith Hero Deck™, and related source-identifying wordmarks and logos are claimed brand assets, to the extent protected by applicable law.

You may not use our marks in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, endorsement, ownership, or official affiliation. Uses that require permission are described in our Licensing terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits uses permitted by applicable law, including fair use, nominative use, review, criticism, or commentary.

If you submit messages, feedback, files, or other material through our forms, account features, or email addresses, you give us permission to receive, store, review, moderate, and respond to that material as reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature, protect the service, or address the submission. We do not claim ownership of material you submit privately merely because you sent it to us.

Where Open Almond offers a feature that allows material to be shared with other users, published, or otherwise made visible beyond a private support or editorial workflow, you are responsible for having the rights needed to submit that material and for using the feature lawfully and respectfully.

You may not use submission or community features to:

• Send or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, or deliberately abusive material.
• Impersonate another person or falsely claim authority, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.
• Upload malware, spam, credential-harvesting content, or code intended to disrupt or compromise another system.
• Publish material that you do not have the right to share or that infringes another person's rights.
• Use automated activity in a way that materially degrades the service or interferes with other users.

We may remove material, limit features, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, or comply with law. Copyright, fan-content, and reuse permissions are governed separately by our Licensing terms.

Open Almond products may be sold or fulfilled through third-party storefronts, marketplaces, printers, crowdfunding platforms, or other commerce providers. When checkout or fulfillment occurs through another provider, that provider's payment, shipping, delivery, cancellation, return, refund, account, and privacy terms also apply to the transaction.

• Prices, availability, taxes, shipping charges, delivery windows, and refund eligibility shown by a third-party seller or fulfillment provider are governed by that provider unless Open Almond expressly states otherwise for the transaction.
• Except where required by applicable law, provided by the sales platform, or expressly stated for a product, digital product sales are final once access or delivery has been provided.
• Estimated production or delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees when fulfillment depends on a third-party printer, carrier, platform, manufacturer, or crowdfunding process.
• If Open Almond later offers direct checkout, product-specific refund, cancellation, preorder, or delivery terms shown at checkout or on the product page will control that transaction if they conflict with this general section.
• Digital products are licensed rather than sold as unrestricted copies. Gifting, transfer, sharing, resale, and redistribution rights are governed by our Licensing terms.
• Lawfully purchased physical products may generally be gifted or resold as the original physical copy, subject to applicable law and any sales-platform terms.

You may not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, private areas, servers, databases, administrative tools, credentials, or data, or intentionally disrupt the availability or integrity of the site.

We welcome good-faith reports of security vulnerabilities. Researchers should follow our Security & Responsible Disclosure Policy before testing. That policy describes the systems covered by our invitation, limits intended to protect users and data, and how to submit a report.

The Open Almond security policy does not authorize testing against third-party providers, services, or infrastructure that Open Almond does not own or control, and it does not override the terms or rights of those third parties.

Our website may link to third-party stores, support platforms, community services, publishers, tools, or other destinations for convenience. Once you leave our domain or directly use a third-party service, that provider's terms, policies, and data practices apply.

Open Almond may occasionally use affiliate, referral, sponsored, or compensated links or content. When a particular recommendation, link, or placement may generate compensation for Open Almond, we intend to make a clear disclosure near the relevant content where a disclosure is required. This general statement is not a substitute for a specific disclosure attached to compensated content.

A link to another service does not by itself mean Open Almond endorses every statement, product, policy, or practice of that service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, content and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, device compatibility, or fitness for every use case.

Baruch and other identified AI-assisted features can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading output. They are provided to help with support, navigation, drafting, or other described tasks and should not be treated as an authoritative source for decisions where accuracy or professional judgment is important.

AI-assisted output is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other specialized advice, and use of an AI-assisted feature does not create a professional relationship with Open Almond Studios, LLC. Verify important information using appropriate primary or professional sources.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Open Almond Studios, LLC is not liable for:

• Damages from use or inability to use our website or products.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or opportunities.
• Third-party actions or failures.

Our failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later, and these Terms do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

We may suspend or restrict access to site features when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, our rights, or comply with law.

Open Almond aims to make its digital experiences accessible and uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as an accessibility benchmark for ongoing improvement rather than as a blanket claim of conformance. Our Accessibility Statement explains how to report an accessibility barrier or request reasonable assistance with site content.

If Open Almond runs a contest, sweepstakes, giveaway, or similar promotion, that promotion may have its own Official Rules covering eligibility, entry dates, prizes, selection, and other terms. Those Official Rules govern the specific promotion if they conflict with this general Terms page.

Open Almond online accounts and account-based features are available only to users age 16 or older. We do not currently offer a parent- or guardian-authorized account process for users under 16. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian should review these Terms with you.

Open Almond's tabletop games and resources may be used by families, churches, ministries, schools, and other adult-led groups that include minors. That permitted real-world use does not make the website's account, newsletter, Baruch, form, or submission features child-directed. Parents, guardians, and group leaders are responsible for deciding whether a particular product, scenario, or activity is appropriate for the children in their care and for supervising children's participation where appropriate.

A particular offering may include supplemental terms presented with it, including terms for direct checkout, subscriptions, preorders or crowdfunding, beta or playtest programs, companion applications, promotions, contests, giveaways, or other limited programs. Those supplemental terms apply to that specific offering and, to the extent they directly conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms presented with the offering control for that subject.
