Accessibility help: support@openalmond.com
We aim to make openalmond.com and the digital features we control understandable, navigable, and usable across a range of devices and assistive technologies. We treat accessibility as continuing product work rather than a one-time certification exercise.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical benchmark for ongoing improvement. This statement is not a blanket claim that every page, state, third-party integration, or historical asset currently conforms to every WCAG 2.2 Level AA success criterion.
Where we identify an accessibility barrier, we prioritize fixes based on impact, frequency, technical feasibility, and the availability of a reasonable alternative.
Our accessibility work may include:
Some features may load or link to services operated by third parties, such as storefronts, videos, social content, authentication providers, or external purchase platforms. We can improve how those services are presented and reached from Open Almond, but we do not control every accessibility feature or limitation within a third-party service.
If a third-party feature creates a barrier, contact us and we will try to provide an accessible path to the underlying information or task when reasonably feasible.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email support@openalmond.com or use our Contact Us page. If possible, tell us the page or feature involved, what you were trying to do, and the problem you encountered. Information about your browser, device, or assistive technology is helpful but not required.
We may be able to provide information in another format, help complete a site task, or offer another reasonable path while we investigate the underlying issue.
