Publication on this website does not place that material in the public domain.

Copyright does not protect ideas, procedures, systems, methods of operation, rules, or game mechanics as such. Open Almond Studios does not claim copyright in Scripture, facts, public-domain material, or third-party material beyond rights we actually own or license.

Commissioned, contributed, and licensed material is governed by the applicable agreement or license. Its appearance in an Open Almond Studios product does not expand the rights Open Almond Studios can grant beyond the rights actually held.

Original Open Almond Studios graphic assets remain copyrighted to the extent protectable by law. This includes original stylized studio and game-line logo artwork, the OA monogram, almond-sprout artwork, Powered by Integrity badge designs, custom icons and symbol artwork, illustrations, card graphics, page artwork, diagrams, and other original visual expression unless a specific asset package states otherwise.

The words in a name or ordinary word mark are generally a trademark question rather than a copyright question. The original stylization, illustration, composition, and graphic treatment of a logo may be copyrighted. Copyright and trademark protection can therefore apply to different aspects of the same logo.

Do not copy, trace, redraw, recolor, extract, alter, redistribute, or incorporate protected graphic assets into another logo or brand merely because the asset is visible on this website. A Creator Kit, press kit, compatibility program, or other written permission may grant a defined right to use particular files under stated conditions.

A work can remain copyrighted while being licensed for reuse. A public or specialized license grants permissions; it does not erase copyright ownership.

Open Almond Studios has selected Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) for material expressly designated and published as Integrity Engine System Reference Document (IE-SRD) Content. The public IE-SRD release is still pending. Until material is actually published with the IE-SRD designation and CC BY notice, related Integrity Engine material does not become CC BY merely because it discusses or implements the same game system.

Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International ↗ permits broad sharing and adaptation of material actually released under that license, including commercial use, subject to the license conditions.

The Powered by Integrity program is a separate optional compatibility and brand permission. Its badge artwork and Creator Kit are not part of the IE-SRD CC BY grant. The IE Action Symbols font and glyph artwork likewise use their own separate asset permission. The Covenant Gaming License governs defined community uses of proprietary Open Almond Studios game-line material.

The marks identified on this page are currently unregistered claimed trademarks. Open Almond Studios, LLC uses the ™ symbol to identify its claim to source-identifying names and brand elements. None of the claimed word marks listed here are represented as federally registered, and this site does not use the ® symbol for them.

Powered by Integrity is presented here as the name of the compatibility program and as copyrighted badge artwork. It is not currently included in the claimed standalone word-mark list above.

Open Almond Studios, LLC also uses distinctive stylized wordmarks, logos, and device marks as source-identifying brand elements. The examples below are reference examples of current brand identity; displaying them here does not grant permission to copy, modify, redistribute, or place them on another product or service.

When referring to an Open Almond Studios product in ordinary public prose, use its complete product name on first substantive reference. Open Almond Studios generally places ™ on the first substantive prose occurrence of a claimed mark on a page or distinct content surface, while keeping headings, buttons, navigation, tabs, breadcrumbs, compact labels, and repeated references visually clean.

• Do not alter, redraw, distort, recolor, or combine our official logos or stylized wordmarks in a way that creates a misleading source identity.
• Do not present an unofficial product, publication, account, event, or service as sponsored, endorsed, published, approved, or official Open Almond Studios material unless permission has been granted.
• Accurate nominative references to our studio or products for reviews, commentary, reporting, discussion, or similar lawful purposes are not prohibited merely because they use the name.

Scripture translations, translation names, and associated publisher marks remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Open Almond Studios does not claim ownership of third-party Bible translation text merely because it appears in a quotation, citation, product, or article.

Third-party company, platform, product, and service names remain the marks of their respective owners. Reference to a third party does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.

Commissioned or licensed artwork, fonts, software, contributed material, and other third-party components may be governed by separate agreements or licenses. Their inclusion in an Open Almond Studios product does not create a general right for others to reuse them.

Open Almond, OpenAlmond, OpenAlmond Studios, and similar spacing or technical variants may appear in search, URLs, account names, or historical material. They should not be read as separate product names or separate trademark registrations.
