A Scripture-rooted tabletop roleplaying game set in the early Bronze Age.
Here, your choices matter.
Your integrity matters.
And your story threads itself through the great tapestry of God’s unfolding work.
Step into a world shaped by covenant faithfulness, ancient promises, and the long arc of redemption. Warriors of the Covenant invites players into stories of courage, sacrifice, and steadfast hope — not by rewriting biblical history, but by adventuring faithfully within it.
✨ What This Game Is About
Warriors of the Covenant is a narrative-driven tabletop roleplaying game where players take the role of ordinary men and women walking faithfully through extraordinary times.
Set in the early Bronze Age, the game honors biblical history without altering it. Instead, it weaves original adventures around the lived realities of the ancient world — its families, tribes, dangers, callings, and quiet acts of obedience.
Players are Shepherds, Scholars, Warriors, Diplomats, Merchants, and more, each carrying a Covenant Gift that shapes their calling and the way they act in the world.
Stories unfold through choices of compassion, courage, wisdom, and endurance, as characters face deception, hardship, tribal conflict, spiritual danger, and the real cost of faithfulness.
This is a game where character matters more than power, and where divine intervention is rare, meaningful, and aligned with Scripture’s patterns of signs and wonders.
📜 Signature Features
The Covenant Skill System
A custom, purpose-built system centered on four core attributes:
Heart, Soul, Mind, and Strength
Each attribute governs a focused group of skills and represents a distinct way characters endure trials, resolve conflict, and grow in faith and maturity.
Integrity Engine
Warriors of the Covenant is powered by the Integrity Engine, a proprietary tabletop system designed to emphasize moral choice, consequence, and resilience rather than escalation of power.
Outcomes are driven by meaningful decisions, narrative momentum, and risk weighed against faithfulness.
Grace Points
A spiritual economy representing mercy, guidance, provision, and restoration — earned through faithfulness and spent when the cost is real.
Callings
Each Covenant Calling grants a signature Skill, shaping distinctive actions such as Balms, Vigilance, Influence, Patience, Research, Pilgrimage, and more.
These skills define how a character serves, not just what they can do.
Pillar Pressure
A tension system where choices leave marks on the heart, soul, mind, and strength. Temptation, compromise, and conviction are tracked as seriously as physical harm.
Historically Grounded Setting
Inspired by real ancient locations, cultures, and geography, guided by the Platinum Rule:
“No altering biblical history or biblical figures.”
Hebrew Literary Tools
Adventures and narratives draw from traditional Hebrew literary forms — parallelism, inclusio, chiastic structure, prophetic cadence, typology, and covenant patterns — shaping both story and meaning.
Covenant Quests
A full adventure path line beginning with CQ00: Silence and Snares, blending narrative depth with tactical, emotional, and spiritual challenges.
🎨 Art & Atmosphere
Warriors of the Covenant features a clean, modern action-comic art style:
- strong linework
- cel shading
- vibrant, natural colors
- expressive, cinematic poses
- transparent portrait backgrounds
- historically grounded Bronze Age clothing and environments
The tone is reverent but adventurous — ancient, grounded, and alive.
⚔️ What Makes This Game Different
Biblically Faithful
Scripture anchors the world.
No rewritten events.
No altered biblical figures.
Players do not replace heroes of the faith — they walk the same world, facing their own callings.
Miracles, Not Magic
There is no magic system.
Instead, the world includes:
- rare and purposeful divine intervention
- demonic deception and spiritual oppression
- idols, sorcery, and omens only as forbidden practices
Supernatural tension exists without compromising a biblical worldview.
A Moral-Character Game
Faithfulness, wisdom, and integrity shape success as deeply as combat or endurance.
Endurance Over Escapism
Growth comes through perseverance, repentance, reconciliation, and trust — not accumulation of power.
Designed for Churches, Families, and Ministries
Clear theology.
Honest storytelling.
Adaptable for small groups, youth ministries, and creative discipleship settings.
